RIP: FORMER PIRATES STRIKER PASSES AWAY
Betway Prem: The football fraternity is mourning the loss of former Zimbabwe and Orlando Pirates striker Tendai Ndoro.
The ex–Pirates, Highlands Park, Mpumalanga Black Aces and Ajax Cape Town hitman repotedly passed away in his flat in Johannesburg.
Ndoro arrived in South Africa in 2013 with Aces after starring in the COSAFA Cup with the Warriors and Chicken Inn.
His prolific form earned him a move to Pirates before going on to have stints in Saudi Arabia with Al-Faisaly, Ajax, Highlands and Al-Orouba in Oman.
The Buccaneers took to Twitter to confirm the news of the man also known as Fire in the football space.
However, back in 2021, there were major concerns about the striker as images of him surfaced on social media painting a bleak picture of his health and there were suggestions he even lost his eyesight.
He has been battling illness and sadly passed away at the age of 40 on Monday.
